Congratulations on meeting the "strangers" who home school. You probably did not inherit any assertiveness genes from your ol' dad. The beach looks wonderful. I can't wait to see it! I also can't wait to visit some of these eateries and try some roof-top pizza! Keep up the good work and keep on making Australian friends. Dad

Tell the kids I love the "treasures" they found! We don't have any of that here! And I am so proud of you and thankful to your friend and Ross for "encouraging" you to get out there and make friends. That would have been way out of my comfort zone as well. What a blessing for their warmth and kindness.
We miss you all here but take comfort in knowing that God is going before you and preparing all sorts of adventures and fun!
Keep the posts coming,

Oh Christie, I am so proud of you..you are good example for me. I'm sure there might be some days when you DO stay home with a book, too, and that's okay...but it was encouraging to read about how God blessed and loved you through these new friends.
The beach pictures were all beautiful. I esp. like that one of the water glittering in the sun. And the children, they all look so happy and healthy.

So glad that you stepped out of your comfort zone and trekked (sp?) to the park to make new friends. Lovely pictures, too...I love the one with the water, beautiful clouds and the city in the distance. Again, thanks for sharing.

Wow, I love the way you write and I love looking at Australia through your camera lens. You have a gift for capturing the moment and describing it so well.

I've also enjoyed being privileged to get to know you & your family in this Down Under adventure.
